Cancellation policy

While I do not provide direct billing, i will make sure you receive a detailed receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

 A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have benefited another patient. Please note we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the following cancellation fee:

Less than 24 hrs - 50% of the cost of the visit
No Show - 100% of the cost of the visit
